Billing Policy

Checkout shows the price, currency, trial length, amount due now, renewal amount, and billing interval before you purchase.

By starting the trial, you authorize the payment provider to charge $1 now and $20 for the yearly plan after three days unless you cancel before renewal.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Clarity Cow does not store your full card number.

The yearly plan renews automatically at the price shown at checkout until canceled. Canceling before renewal stops the next charge.

Use the subscription page or contact support from the email used at purchase.

Email support with the purchase email, charge date, and amount. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, and bank processing time can vary.

Never email a full card number or card security code.

If a payment fails, Stripe may ask you to update or authenticate your payment method. Do not start a second subscription to fix an existing payment.

For a duplicate or unfamiliar charge, contact support so we can identify the correct payment record.

Contacting support is usually the fastest way to identify or correct a charge, but this policy does not limit any rights you have with your bank or payment provider.
